Jesse Hughes
Eagles of Death Metal's Jesse Hughes, a survivor of a mass-shooting incident, branded the students of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School "disgusting vile abusers of the dead" for participating in the March for Our Lives protest.

Hughes penned his tirade in the caption of an Instagram post that mocked gun control and the efforts for stricter gun laws. "Obviously ... The best thing to do to combat chronic abusers and disregarders of the law (like the law against Murder) is to ... pass another Law," Hughes wrote. "But before we pass this law we're going to denigrate the memory and curse ourselves by exploiting the death of 16 of our fellow students for a few Facebook likes and some media attention."

"Black Pete" Is Here To Stay In Switzerland

Black Pete
Sensitive people are always offended with the smallest of things, but, fortunately, not everyone are taking them seriously and has push back against their demand for ultra-special treatment.

Take the Dutch holiday tradition of so-called Black Pete, for example. Known in his native Netherlands as Zwarte Piet, the holiday character has been a winter tradition in the country for some time, and in recent years the tradition has been met with minor protest and cries of racism — as one would imagine for any character traditionally portrayed in blackface, with Afro wigs, golden earrings, and bright red lips.

Russians Reject NGO's Intrusion

Most of the international nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) are Wall Street and western government-funded entities designed to create instability in countries that do not submit to their selfish definition of civil liberty and basic human rights.

A quick check of board membership using online search engines will reveal that NGOs, such as New York-based Human Rights Watch (HRW) and London-based Amnesty International have either ivy league lawyers or Wall Street guys sitting there. To mitigate their impact, one of the options available is to declare them ‘undesirables’.

(This story was first published by Olivia Ho for The Straits Times, Singapore. This is a solutions-based story that can inspire change on a global level.)

It weighs no more than 300g, fits easily into a backpack and looks like any other plastic bag, but the simple device is a life-saver for people who have no access to clean, drinking water.

The bag, called Fieldtrate Lite, filters dirty water, such as river water, through a membrane and turns it into potable water in the same time it would take to run it from the tap.
