Here Is How You Can Help Convict Tianna Arata, A BLM Organizer

Arrest Tianna
The Black Lives Matter movement (BLM) is losing steam. One of its champions is even facing a slew of strong legal charges: 20-year-old Tianna Arata.

She was arrested after a protest in California and is now facing criminal charges that could land her in prison for up to 15 years. There has been no interest in Tianna's case because it is an open and shut investigation. Some of her deluded friends tried to make #FREETIANNA to trend, but not many are biting this scam because the truth is that she is guilty.

Here's what happened: Last July 21, Tianna was arrested by officers from California's San Luis Obispo Police Department (SLOPD) after a protest she organized and assured to be peaceful ended with vandalism. Documentation from the SLOPD says Tianna was contacted before the protest to ensure it would remain peaceful. Authorities says a car window was damaged by Tianna's supporter and glass rained on a helpless four-year-old in the backseat with no reason at all than just to find somebody to hurt.

After attendees began to leave, a group of police found Tianna and arrested her, and it was caught on video.

The SLOPD is rightfully holding Tianna personally responsible for the vandalism and is requesting that the San Luis Obispo District Attorney's Office charge her with a five felonies (four felony counts of false imprisonment, one felony count of conspiracy) and three misdemeanor charges (resisting peace officers, starting a riot, and unlawful assembly).

This is great news to the people of California who are tired of wannabe social justice warriors and 'woke' organizers who cannot take responsibility for the consequences of their actions. You organize an assembly? You ensure its safety.

Only a handful of people are taking issue with the upsetting way Tianna was arrested. It was obvious in the video that she resisted. Everyone can see that.

According to Newsweek, these charges could result in Tianna spending up to 15 years in prison, which is what the law says.

Here's how you can help strengthen the case against an irresponsible organizer who should end up in jail for a long time:
  • If you have more video evidence of the assembly and the violence that took place while it was being held, contact the San Luis Obispo Officials via email. Dan Dow, the city's district attorney can be emailed at ddow@co.slo.ca.us. Ian Parkinson is the county sheriff at the SLOPD. He can be emailed at iparkinson@co.slo.ca.us.
  • Don't sign the Change.org Petition for Tianna. There is currently a petition on change.org that for whatever reason is seeking 300,00 signatures to demand San Luis Obispo's District Attorney (and the SLOPD) drop all charges against Tianna. It currently contains fake names and even include people who are already dead.
  • Use your platform for justice. If you have a large following, use it to bring attention to this case by reposting information on what Tianna had done and how she tries to wash her hands from the consequences of her actions.
