Singapore Warns Gays From Pushing Their Agenda

ABS-CBN reporter Tony Velasquez was in Singapore for a 5-day visit by ASEAN journalists who were invited to see firsthand the progress Singapore has achieved in its 50 years as an independent nation.

Velasquez was also part of the group that were allowed to ask questions to Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. And the question he asked was very timely because it reinforced the belief of many Asians that gay marriage has no place in the region.

A More Liberal Governance in Hungary

Last May 2015 at the European Union summit in Riga, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker dispensed with diplomatic protocol to greet Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán with a puckish, "Hello, dictator!" — an open handed salute, and a slap on the cheek.

It was all in good fun for Juncker, the longtime prime minister of Luxembourg, who also teased Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras for not wearing a tie and patted the ample belly of Karl-Heinz Lambertz, leader of Belgium’s German-speaking community. Orbán smiled broadly at Juncker’s greeting and reportedly called him "Grand Duke," a reference to Luxembourg’s constitutional monarch.

If Kazakhstan wins the 2022 Olympic Games bidding, guest will be treated to a more civilized culture free from any liberal influence and gay lifestyle choices.

Kazakhstan’s Constitutional Council may have announced last 26 May 2015, that pending legislation on "propaganda of nontraditional sexual orientation" is unconstitutional, the council also ruled that the government can enact laws that restrict citizens’ rights to access and distribute information as part of its responsibility to "defend marriage and family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood."

Dog Caitlyn is Now Recovering

The news update reported that a 15-month-old dog recently found with her muzzle taped shut in North Charleston, South Carolina, is making a "miraculous recovery" after surgery, according to Charleston Animal Society.

The Staffordshire terrier mix named Caitlyn was found last Wednesday morning on the porch of a local resident, who dialed 911 after seeing the pooch, said Aldwin Roman of Charleston Animal Society. Roman, who directs anti-cruelty outreach at the center, told ABC News today he was on the scene with police responding to the 911 call.
