Illegal Cooks Will Now Dine In Jail

Illegal Cooks
Federal immigration officers who took part in a legally-sanctioned raid at a Michigan restaurant adopted some innovative ways to ensure that the illegal aliens that they are about to arrest are taken by surprise to prevent them from running underground or seek sanctuary somewhere.

Six U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents came to the Ann Arbor restaurant Sava’s last 24 May, owner Sava Lelcaj said to reporters. Allegedly, there were two officers that were stationed at the front door, two stood at the back exit and two entered the restaurant and had breakfast at the bar with a view of the kitchen.

ICE Will Be Given More Powers To Deter Crime

Power to ICE
The conservatives and House Republicans are in a roll lately as they try to push and fulfill President Donald Trump's promised to make the "deportation force" even bigger and, potentially, more heavily armed.

The House Judiciary Committee is set to mark up multiple immigration bills, including one from committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte that would facilitate mass deportations. Borrowing from past successful legislation to bolster Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the bill would require deportation officers to have access to not just standard-issue handguns and stun guns, but also M-4 rifles or equivalents.

Mormons Withdrew Funds From Boy Scouts

Boy Scouts
The Mormon church, the biggest sponsor of Boy Scout troops in the United States, announced last 11 May that it is pulling as many as 185,000 older youths from the organization as part of an effort to start its own scouting-like program.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints move was triggered by the Boy Scouts' decision in 2015 to allow gay troop leaders, despite Mormon-sponsored troops have remained free to exclude such adults on religious grounds.
