Reports revealed that Denver Public Schools has been placed under investigation by the U.S. Department of Education for replacing a women's restroom with an "all-gender" facility.

Last 28 January, the Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) announced that it will be looking into the Denver Public Schools District for allegedly discriminating against its female students after converting a female bathroom into an "all-gender" bathroom at one of its largest high schools.

Illegal Aliens Convicted Of Murder Will Be Handed The Death Penalty

A representative in Pennsylvania has just announced his plans to introduce legislation that would require the law to hand the death penalty to illegal immigrants convicted of murder.

The bill, authored by Rep. Eric Davanzo (R-Westmoreland), argued that any undocumented immigrant who receives a guilty verdict on a first-degree murder charge should be sentenced to death immediately. Davanzo wrote that he believes that "any individual who unlawfully enters this country and commits a murder should face the most severe consequences under the law."

There is only a few weeks before Germany's general election and a poll has found support for Chancellor Olaf Scholz's centre-left Social Democrats (SPD) falling sharply while the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) saw significant gains.

According to YouGov poll last 29 January, the SPD has dropped by 4 points to 15 percent compared to last week.

President Donald Trump's administration has revoked a recent Joe Biden-era extension of temporary deportation protections for hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans in the United States, according to an unpublished Department of Homeland Security document the Miami Herald has obtained.

During an interview with the Fox News program Fox and Friends last 29 January, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem confirmed that she has rescinded an 18-month extension of Temporary Protected Status for Venezuela that President Joe Biden made days before leaving the White House. That extension had been announced by Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas.
