Groom Tried to Kill Self Because Bride is "Ugly"

Suicidal Groom
There is a reason why arrange marriages will not favor ... men. If most young women thought that their basic right is being violated by this century-old practice, then men should sympathize with them, especially those that do not like their future wife's appearance.

This was the case of a Chinese groom who went to the extreme just because he thought that the woman he was about to spend his life with was "ugly." He tried to drown himself even before the marriage ceremony was officially closed and told the bride that she was 'too ugly' before running away.

Longer Maternity Leave Period is Being Pushed

Maternity Leave
Before the Women's Month celebration ends, the Philippine Senate committee on women, family relations, and gender equality pushed for a measure that would mandate companies to allow employees who gave birth a longer period to take a leave.

Under a Senate proposal, the current 60- to 78-day paid maternity leave period would be extended to 90 days. But Senator Pia Cayetano, the committee's chairwoman, is inclined to extend that to 14 weeks or 3 and a half months, in compliance with an International Labor Organization (ILO) convention that the Philippines still has not ratified.

"If you say something about diversity or religious freedom, just make sure that you practice it as well." This is very clear message that every lesbian, gays, bisexuals and transgender (LGBT) should learn before they proudly claiming that Apple CEO Tim Cook is on their side.

George Will understood this when he blasted Cook a few days ago on “Special Report” for his continued critique of the Indiana religious freedom law while his company continues to do business with countries that bans homosexuality and impose lethal penalties, such as Saudi Arabia.

LGBTs Livid Over Success of Memories Pizza Fund

Go Fund Memories
Success comes with it jealousy and hate. This is what the owners of Memories Pizza in Indiana learned after the astounding show of support for their stand on religious freedom. The success of the donation drive to help shop’s owners, Crystal and Kevin O’Connor, has made the lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgenders (LGBT) coven livid and besides themselves.

laze TV reporter Lawrence Billy Jones III started the ball rolling by setting up a GoFundMe page to benefit the O’Connors, with an initial goal of raising US$25,000 “to relieve the financial loss endured by the proprietors’ stand for faith.“
