Although what happened in Orlando is a tragic event, Americans should expect similar attacks in the coming months from extremist Islamic radicals as the government prepares to welcome several thousand Syrian refugees, some of whom who may have links to ISIS.
The slaughter at Pulse night club last 12 June that resulted to 49 confirmed death and 50 injured was carried out by Omar Mateen. The lone terrorist has pledged allegiance to ISIS and shouted "Allahu Akbar" during the attack.
However, the day after, President Barrack Obama still refuses to tell the truth to the American people about Islamic terrorism. President Obama addressed the public and said that officials had not yet determined a motive for the attack. He said there wasn't any evidence the attacker was under direction from a terrorist network, or carrying out any group's larger plot.
According to one official, analysis of Mateen's electronic devices showed searches for jihadist propaganda, including videos of ISIS beheading videos and of Anwar al-Awlaki - an influential American-born imam who worked as a spokesman for al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula and was killed in 2011.
"He consumed a hell of a lot of jihadist propaganda" online, the source said.
Al-Bayan, the ISIS radio station that broadcasts in Iraq, claimed last 13 June that Mateen was "one of the soldiers of the caliphate in America."
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said just like after the Benghazi attack, Obama and Hillary Clinton are deliberately misleading the American people about the Orlando attack, while refusing to say "radical Islamic terrorism."
"How many Americans have to die before Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton decide they can tell the truth about the threat to the United States from Islamic supremacists?"
