Canada Has Started Deporting Illegal Aliens

Canada Deportation
Under the radar, Canada silently deported hundreds of people to countries designated too dangerous for civilians, with more than half of those people being sent back to Iraq, according to government data obtained by Reuters.

The spike in deportations comes as Canada faces a record number of migrants and is on track to have the most refugee claims in more than a decade. That has left the country scrambling to cope with the influx of asylum seekers, many crossing the U.S. border illegally.

U.S. Visa Restrictions on Countries Not Accepting Deportees

Rex Tillerson
U.S. President Donald Trump's administration is poised to impose visa restrictions on four Asian and African nations refusing to take back their citizens who've been deported from the United States, officials said Thursday.

The officials said Cambodia, Eritrea, Guinea and Sierra Leone would soon be subject to sanctions. They're meant to coax "recalcitrant" countries into accepting the return of individuals the U.S. tries to remove. Under federal law, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson can stop all or specific types of visas from being issued to such nations.

Local and Immigration Enforcers See More Cooperation Under Trump

Law Enforcement
While the U.S. President Donald Trump has demanded stricter enforcement of immigration laws by local law enforcement, some county sheriffs across the U.S. had already been establishing closer relationships with anti-immigration groups in recent years.

Some of the national groups have been offering sheriffs advice, inviting them to "border schools" to hear anti-immigration speakers, producing television advertisements featuring sheriffs and sending at least one sheriff a model ordinance intended to spur local law enforcement of federal immigration laws.

EU Court Rejects The "Open-Door" Policy

Migrants
In a ruling which is expected to have a productive and far-reaching effect for how the European Union deals with migrants in future, the European Court of Justice last 26 July upheld the right of member states to deport asylum-seekers to the first EU country they enter.

The ruling amounted to an effective rejection of Angela Merkel's controversial "open-door" refugee policy, which saw more than one million asylum-seekers flood into Germany.

Happy Days Are Here As ICE Steps Up Deportation

ICE Stepping Up
The head of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) unit in charge of deportations has recently ordered all officers to take action against all illegal aliens they may cross paths with, regardless of whether they have criminal histories or not. This is what they call enforcing the law no matter what the crybabies will say. The law may be harsh to some, but it is the law.

In a February memo, Matthew Albence, a career official who heads the Enforcement and Removal Operations division of ICE, informed his 5,700 deportation officers that, "effective immediately, ERO officers will take enforcement action against all removable aliens encountered in the course of their duties." YES!

Illegal Alien Father Deported Back To Where He Belonged

Arino
Joel Massie came home from school only to realize something was different. His lazy illegal alien father was no longer around because he failed to process his immigration papers legally and relied on his religious comrades to save him from authorities.

Arino Massie, of Metuchen, New Jersey, was deported back to his native country of Indonesia, a place he fled 16 years ago because of the alleged "religious persecution," which is now gone.

U.S. Sets New Visa Guidelines for 6 Muslim Countries

VISA Guidance
The administration of U.S. President Donald Trump just set a new set of criteria last 28 June for visa applicants from six mainly Muslim nations and all refugees that require a "close" family or business tie to the United States.

The move came after the Supreme Court partially restored the President's executive order that was widely supported by legally-recognized American citizens.

Illegal Aliens Are Not Law-Abiding Citizens

Illegal Aliens
Cracking down illegal aliens in the United States has picked up steam. As long as there is an illegal immigrant living or trying to hide from authorities, ICE will not stop in hunting them down and throwing them to the dogs.

Both sides of the fence will continue to argue their case. Many will cheer for deportation, while the very few will find the enforcement of immigration laws brutal and inhumane. This is already expected after President Donald Trump won the election.

Lots Of People Will Support Texas Immigration Crackdown

Democrats and Liberals
The usual small number of activists and politicians gathered in front of the Capitol last 16 May to announce plans to challenge a Republican-backed immigration crackdown that opponents describe as unconstitutional.

Democratic elected officials from across the state, surrounded by only a few dozens of chanting supporters, said they'd spend the summer rallying opponents of Senate Bill 4 to fight the new law in the courts, and to oppose Republican lawmakers who passed it.

Illegal Cooks Will Now Dine In Jail

Illegal Cooks
Federal immigration officers who took part in a legally-sanctioned raid at a Michigan restaurant adopted some innovative ways to ensure that the illegal aliens that they are about to arrest are taken by surprise to prevent them from running underground or seek sanctuary somewhere.

Six U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents came to the Ann Arbor restaurant Sava’s last 24 May, owner Sava Lelcaj said to reporters. Allegedly, there were two officers that were stationed at the front door, two stood at the back exit and two entered the restaurant and had breakfast at the bar with a view of the kitchen.

Texas Officials Say No To Sanctuary Cities

No To Sanctuary
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott faced an outpouring of support after he signed into law a state ban on sanctuary cities that is widely supported by law enforcement officials, law-abiding citizens and legally-recognized citizens of the United States.

Abbott signed the popular ban — which seeks to punish Texas cities that refuse to enforce federal immigration laws — during an unexpected Facebook Live broadcast last 7 May. Not long after, a small and unconvincing protesters gathered outside the governor’s mansion in Austin.

All Immigrants Arrested By ICE Are Either Illegals and Criminals

Illegals
From January to mid-March, the President Donald Trump administration was reported to have detained 21,362 immigrants for deportation proceedings. The amount of arrests were a 32 percent increase from last year, which is in itself very impressive. And while the administration said most of them were convicted criminals, 5,441 will be convicted soon for committing an illegal act.

For instance, roughly half of the 675 immigrants arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in February are in the United States illegally and committed several traffic violations, according to data obtained by The Washington Post.

U.S. ICE Finally Steps Up Arrests Of Illegals

Illegal Immigrants
As most Americans expected, President Donald Trump is bent on delivering on one of the core promises he made during the campaign which got him elected: to arrest illegals and ensure that they face the fall brunt of the law.

New data obtained by the Washington Post's Maria Sacchetti show that during the first several weeks of the Trump administration (through 13 March), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested 21,362 illegal immigrants — including more than 15,00 with criminal records that can stretch forever.

Virginian Judge Ruled In Favor of Trump Travel Ban

US Travel Ban
In an affirmation of presidential authority and the constitutionality of the order, a federal judge in Virginia, United States ruled against a Muslim civil rights group that sought to block the President Donald Trump administration's proposed travel ban.

The ruling last 24 March by U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga is at odds with rulings from federal judges in Hawaii and Maryland who have issued orders preventing the bulk of the executive order from taking effect.

South Africa
Arrogant and lazy migrants are not welcome anywhere anymore. Even in South Africa.

Time To Get Rid of Adults Using Children To Cross The Border

Migrating Children
Many adults who are planning to cross the border to the United States are using children to appeal to the emotions of border patrol. However, they won't get any sympathy at all. The Homeland Security Department is considering separating children from parents caught crossing the Mexican border illegally, Secretary John Kelly said recently.

Kelly said such a move would be part of a broader effort to discourage families from making the dangerous trek across Mexico to the U.S. border.

Expelling Illegals
Austria is now more focused than even in showing fighting-age male illegals the door back to wherever hell hole they came from.

Parliament is set to pass a law stripping pocket money, food and shelter from those denied asylum, potentially leaving them on the street. The interior minister proudly touts figures showing Austria as the European Union's per-capita leader in expelling those rejected.

Iraqi Rapist Migrants Convicted of Rape

Iraqi Rapist Migrant
After several countries adopted harsher actions against Muslim men who wants to migrate and rape Western women, the courts has finally started to push the wheel of justice forward.

Recently, an Austrian court found eight Iraqi nationals guilty of gang-raping a German tourist on New Year's Eve more than a year ago and sentenced them to prison terms of between nine and 13 years. The penalty was very short compared to the horror they spread, but prison justice will ultimately catch up to them,

Another Deportee Tried To Evade Arrest in the U.S.

Car Chase of Deportee
A missing 6-year-old Connecticut girl was found in Pennsylvania last 24 February following a high-speed car chase and crash that involved a car driven by her illegal alien father, who's suspected in her mother's killing, authorities said.

Aylin Sofia Hernandez suffered minor injuries in the crash on Interstate 99 in Benner Township, Pennsylvania state police said. Her father, Oscar Hernandez, had refused to pull over when a state trooper spotted the car, which had been the subject of an Amber Alert, they said.
