Is This The Camarines Norte Governor?

When we reported earlier that Josefina Tallado left her husband, Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado, after confrontation over an alleged nude photos, we were not sure that there will be an incriminating evidence to support that allegation.

A day later, social media found itself acting as the supplier of evidence when a alleged photo of the Governor was posted smiling and kissing an unnamed almost naked female companion.

Amalilio Freed and Can Stay in Malaysia

Can anybody still remember the man behind the PhP 12 Billion scheme perpetuated the Aman Futures Group Philippine Inc? His name is Manuel Amalilio. He was captured in Malaysia, but now he is free, unless Philippine authorities managed to get him back to the country.

The Borneo Post reported that Amalilio, whose Malaysian name is Mohammad Kamal Said, was released by Judge Ainul Shahrin Mohammad "after a representation made by the family of Amalilio ... to the Minister of Home Affairs under Section 47 of the Extradition Act 1992 was granted."

Alleged Abuse Prompted Josie Tallado to Hide

Last 19 October 2014, authorities launched a massive search for Josefina “Josie” Tallado, wife of Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado and her female aide, Darlene Francisco.

The operation conducted by a combine force of military and police personnel was prompted after the black Toyota Fortuner that Mrs. Tallado and her aide last used was found abandoned in Lupi town. The vehicle, registered under the governor's name, still had its engine running, with headlights on, doors open and showed evidence of attempts to burn the vehicle.

Disturbing Message on Transgender's Death

The death of the transgender Filipino is a tragic incident, like any other loss of life involving innocent victims.

Jeffrey Laude, 26, was reportedly found dead, apparently strangled and drowned, beside a toilet bowl in a motel room in Olongapo city, northwest of Manila, shortly after he checked in late, allegedly with a United States Marine.

Mayon Spewed Lava

In a report from ANC, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) confirmed that lava flow was spotted at the Mayon Volcano in Albay on 12 October 2014, though there is no reason yet to raise the Alert Status to Level 4.

"If we look at the past eruptions of the Mayon Volcano, we can classify its phases to one, non-explosive, meaning there is only quiet effusion of lava from the summit, and second, explosive eruption," said Phivolcs director Renato Solidum on ANC.
